The Question The Rav answered in a old question that there are cases that one can kiss his married sister. Are the leniencies based on the lashon of the Rambam in the Yad? If yes, then the Rambam in Peirush Hamishnayos Sanhedrin Perek 7:4 clearly explains himself that this is an din. (also the Iggros Moshe Y.D. chelek 2 siman 137 - learns it as a din) Is their still a leniency? Thank you. —Anonymous, beitar

The Question I heard that a certain Gadol in Klal Yisroel said that Jews in America should vote for George Bush for president, presumably because that Gadol feels that President Bush would be the best choice for Israel. I wanted to understand the extent that one must listen to Daas Torah. Does it extend into issues of politics and the like or does it stay in the realm of halacha. Also, is someone obligated to vote for a leader who they feel will support Israel the most? If there are other issues such as taxes, healthcare etc. that impact me, would it be mutar to put those issues above Israel. Thank you —Anonymous, New York
